  Horrible. Won a prize through the radio in February and I have been calling every 2 weeks since trying to figure out details. Each time I call they PROMISE a call back. They even asked me to leave an email address as an alternative contact. Each time they have neglected to call back. For someone who has been working in the customer service industry for quite some time, I can confidently say this is the poorest customer experience I have ever had. Maybe it's because the prize was won and I'm not actually spending money.....

  In the 30 minutes we were there, not one staff member said hello or asked if we need assistance. I give them 1 out of 10. At least the door was unlocked.
